At Pragat Foundation, our mission is to empower marginalized communities globally by providing accessible economic education and correcting distorted historical narratives. By offering both the tools for economic success and the knowledge of historical contexts, we empower individuals to make informed financial decisions while understanding their deep cultural wealth and histories, which are necessary to fight the phenomenon known as the “colonial mindset,” an internalized sense of inferiority that stems from colonial oppression. By translating essential resources on personal finance and economic history, we aim to promote global development, combat economic disparity, and challenge the enduring effects of colonialism.
